The Graphic Arts Loan Collection (GALC) is a collection of framed, original lithographs, etchings, and woodblock prints available for loan to students, faculty, and staff of the UC Berkeley campus. Patrons may check out up to two prints each academic year beginning in the fall semester. Before you may borrow a print, please agree to the terms of the borrowing agreement.
GALC prints are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Students can choose prints in person at the GALC open house in Morrison Library, noon to 4 p.m. on Aug. 24-27, 2026. Prints will be reservable online by students starting Aug. 31, and by faculty and staff starting Sept. 8.
