When I Was 14: A Survivor Remembers

Chronicles the Holocaust experiences of Gloria Hollander Lyon, a Czech Jew now living in San Francisco. When she was fourteen her family was shipped to Auschwitz, where she narrowly missed the gas chambers. She survived six other concentration camps before being liberated by the Swedish Red Cross. In this documentary she recounts that traumatic period of her life, revisits the camps, and celebrates survival and life. Produced and directed by Marlene Booth. c1995. 58 min.
