The "Circulation Stats by Fund Dashboard" displays the circulation data for physical collections that can be filtered and sorted by fund information. The dashboard is accessible to any library staff who has Designer Analytics role from the shared folder in Alma Analytics: /shared/University of California Berkeley 01UCS_BER/_portal/Circulation Statistics by Fund Dashboard. It is also available under "Shared with Me" via "My Analytics" to any library staff who has the following roles:
- Designer Analytics
- Circulation Desk Operator
- Selector
- Purchase Request Operator
The dashboard displays fund information and circulation data starting in FY22. There are multiple ways to limit your search:
- Search by selector name
- Search by fund code
- Search by subject for the approvals
- Search by fund fiscal period
The summary tab displays the aggregated data and the detail tab displays the title level data. The analysis calculates the fund expenditures, number of titles/items, number and percentage of items loaned, total loans and expenditures per loan.
The data output can be exported via Excel and other formats.
