[Tezuka, Takaharu and Yui] Roof-less Architecture

A lecture by Takaharu and Yui Tezuka, who won the 2005 Architects Institute of Japan Award for their Corten-clad Echigo-Matsunoyama Museum of Natural Science and the 2003 Architects Institute of Japan Award for Roof House, featuring a low-slope residential roof accommodating dining, outdoor showers, and all aspects of daily living. Their firm Tezuka Architects is best know for rethinking architectural convention with innovative results. This event took place at the University of California, Berkeley on April 18, 2006.
