American Pastime (2007)

Set against the Japanese-American internment camps during WWII, Japanese-American families, now faced with a country that doubts their loyalty, turned to baseball as a way to handle their plight and find the strength to stand up for themselves. Based on true events, also tells the story of a minor-leaguer and guard at the Topaz Internment Camp who, amidst all the conflict, is hoping for one last shot at the Major Leagues.

At Home with Desalojos Realtors (2004)

Directed and produced by Yaromil Fong-Olivares. Cast: Belia Mayeno-Sabedra, Nassima Kaddoura. A mock infomercial about the gentrification of San Francisco's Mission District. "Make yourself at home, but don't get too comfortable..." The filmmaker, a Dominican immigrant of Chinese decent, hopes to shed light on the dangers posed by gentrification. 4 min.

Baby (2008)
