Focus Reparations

In this program, NewsHour correspondent Elizabeth Bracket reports on a Chicago resolution in support of reparations to descendants of African American slaves. The segment includes interviews with proponents, Dorothy Tillman, a Chicago Alderman who sponsored the resolution and Rep. John Conyers who has sponsored a congressional bill to form a presidential commission to study the concept.
