- Minutes must be created with Microsoft Word
- The header of the minutes must follow the convention:
The Affiliated Libraries and Archives Group (TALAG) Meeting of [month name] [date], [yyyy].
Example: The Affiliated Libraries and Archives Group (TALAG) Meeting of January 3, 2006 - The header of the minutes must be formatted as style Heading 1
- The name of the Word file must follow the naming convention:
talagmmddyy.docx
Example: talag010306.docx - Minutes ready for posting to the Library Web should be emailed as an attachment to helpbox.
