Making Effective Referrals

This program, which flourished between 2007 and 2010, is coming back in a whole new way!

We will have three to four sessions per semester, starting Fall 2015. Each meeting will focus on a particular library service of interest to public service staff, enabling us to answer questions and refer patrons more effectively. Each presentation will last 30-40 minutes, followed by 20 minutes for questions and discussion.

All library staff and librarians are welcome to come to these events and to consider making a presentation on their own unit.
