Systems Help Desk provides technical support for nearly all computer-oriented questions and problems.

Help Desk request form
After your request is received, a
ticket is created. The ticket number will be given to you to track the status of your request. When the problem or request is believed to be resolved, you will be asked to acknowledge the completion of the work. An essential part of the philosophy of the Help Desk is that the person requesting technical support always determines when work is completed.
