Refer for Replacement Lists

Follow the refer for replacement (RFR) procedures posted in AskTico. Reports for locations can be retrieved from the referred to selector site. Step-by-step instructions for downloading the lists on this page and sorting them in Excel are also available. Each Doe/Moffitt location has designated staff for decisions and actions. 'Missing 3 Months +' and 'Billed/Paid' Lists

Selectors review these lists quarterly (January, April, July and October) and notify their unit designee of items to replace by the end of that review month. Unit designees complete record changes and order requests by February 20, May 20, August 20, and November 20 respectively.
