Doe & Moffitt Reference Service

Doe/Moffitt Reference services are provided by staff who support Doe/Moffitt's reference and public service mission. Staff also support the collection-building and outreach work of Humanities and Social Sciences Research and Collections selectors, and oversee the Moffitt Library and Morrison Library.

Reference Specialists within the department provide face to face reference service at Doe and Moffitt Reference desks, consult with UC Berkeley undergraduates on term papers and research projects through the Research Advisory Service, and respond to queries via phone, e-mail and chat reference.
