ILS Implementation project communication plan:

The Implementation team will communicate with Library Staff about the project by updates, faqs, and documents related to the project on the project wiki, by allusers email for critical messages, by CU News regular brief updates, and by Early Birds on specific modules/topics during the course of the project.

Communication with the Advisory Group will be via the above means, and in person meetings with the project manager every 6-8 weeks throughout the project.

Communication within the Implementation Team and with III will be through project listservs, an internal project wiki, and weekly meetings.
