Program Series sponsors 3-5 events per academic year, on a competitive
basis. Funding for selected programs typically covers the cost of catering,
publicity, and special equipment rental. Travel costs and honoraria for speakers
are also considered; estimates of these costs should be submitted in the
appropriate space on the program application form.
In addition to program
costs, recognized campus organizations receive a stipend of $250.00 for co-sponsoring a program in the Series. These funds are awarded after the successful completion of the event, to groups whose program proposals were selected by the committee.
