Skype is software that allows users to make calls over the internet. The library is experimenting with Skype to replace some existing landlines and cut costs, but its uses don't stop there.

In this session we will cover the following topics:

• Making and receiving calls
• Using voicemail
• Conference calls
• Video calling
• Chat & group chat
• Call forwarding

Because we only have Skype installed on a few machines, the attendance for this session is limited to 7 people. Please sign-up for the course on the course webpage. If you are having problems signing up, please contact tdennis@library.
