Click the Analyze button to check for potential problems with your View and to get suggestions for resolving them.

As you work on your View, use the Preview button to check your sort criteria and filter settings. In most cases, the Preview feature works quite well. The only bug that I've found with this feature is that it doesn't display Calendar pages properly even when your settings are correct.

You can Clone an existing view. That way, you can create one or more new Views very quickly — you would need to change just a few settings. This feature came in handy while I was creating the dynamically generated lists of article databases by subject on the Science Libraries portal.

Click on the Theme link in the Basic Settings section to retrieve detailed information about how the View's fields are being themed and styled. You can also get an idea of what template files are being used.
