Placing Art History/Classics Library Material on Course Reserve

Reserves for all History of Art and Classics courses not scheduled in seminar rooms 308B, 308C and 425, are handled through Moffitt Library.

Deadlines for submitting reserves:

Fall Semester: June 21
Spring Semester: December 20

Note that lists received after these deadlines will be processed in the order received and may not be available at the start of the semester, especially if they are checked out. If a requested title is not owned by the library or is missing, it can take up to one month or longer to obtain and prepare the item for reserve.

Place materials on course reserve in the Art History/Classics Library:

  • Use the Art History/Classics Library online course reserves form (select the Art History/Classics Library radio button), OR
  • Contact in person or by email, Circulation Supervisor, 308F Doe Library
    • Reserve Lists (not to exceed 50 titles per course) should be submitted with the following information:
      • Instructor's name
      • Course number
      • Call Number
      • Exact title
      • Author
      • Edition or Year (if applicable)
      • ISBN number (if available)
