  • Refworks - Online bibliographic citation management tool. Available free to UCB students. Can format your paper for you. Limited functionality for complex citation styles and formats.
  • Zotero - Firefox browser plugin that allows you to manage citations. Constantly upgraded with new features. Includes tutorial that walks you through the process. Tied to the machine you install it on.
