Web Advisory Group
The Library'’s Web Advisory Group (WAG) convenes to advise, educate, collaborate, coordinate, gather input, translate, and act as a sounding board for the Library Web Services Manager (LWSM). It has one subcommittee, the Web Implementation Group (disbanded 8/09).

Web Implementation Group - disbanded August, 2009
The Library'’s Web Implementation Group (WIG) is established to:

  • facilitate communication and training among Web staff library wide
  • act as a review body for the Web Advisory Group (WAG) when focused and/or technical input from Web workers is desired
  • identify the needs of the website users to the WAG, including recommendations for system enhancements or changes.

Web workers continue to communicate via email. Contact webman to get added to the WIG email list.

Webnet
Webnet is a voluntary organization for University of California, Berkeley affiliates to discuss World-Wide Web related issues.

WebAccess
The WebAccess group meets weekly to help campus web developers make their sites more accessible, review the latest advances in web technology, advocate for more accessible information, and share their expertise with the campus and the larger community.
