Minimal HTML Page Form

This form is for the use of U.C. Berkeley Library and Affiliated Library staff only!

Instructions

There are five steps to this form, and all are required. The last step is to select the "Done" button below; unless you do this, NOTHING happens with your form.

If everything is okay, you will be shown a confirmation page. Webman will send you the URL of your new page as soon as it is ready. If you have any problems or questions, please contact webman

1. Document Title

Type the new title. It will appear in place of "Minimal HTML Page Form" in both the title tag and document header.

2. Document Body

Type or paste the information you want to appear on the new page in the following text box. Text can be highlighted and copied from a WordPerfect file, then pasted into this box. The new page will display the information exactly as is, preserving tabs and carriage returns.

3. Notes to webman

Type any special information about your document. Examples include where you think this document should be placed on the Library Web, and any appropriate links that should be made to this document from other locations in the Library Web. The text you enter in this box will not appear within your new document, but will be mailed to webman.

4. Your email address

Please type in your full email address (for example, user@library.berkeley.edu). Webman will need it to let you know when your web document is available and its URL.

5. Submit the Form
