Maintenance
After the public release of a project website, DPG is not responsible for any ongoing maintenance of the website content. Changes or updates to the design, navigation, architecture, and/or functionality of the website must be resubmitted as a separate project proposal to the DPG.

DPG encourages project participants to carefully consider the staff time they have available for website maintenance. Time-sensitive content such as timelines or bibliographies will require more frequent updates to the website.

Metadata
Every webpage in a website contains "keyword" and "description" meta tags. DPG can offer guidance to project participants regarding the selection of metadata terms, but DPG is not responsible for providing metadata for project websites.
