• the material of items to be scanned (e.g., negatives, photos, etc)
• the size of the items to be scanned
• the fragility of the items to be scanned
• the binding type of the items to be scanned

Schedule:
The DIL project schedule is constantly changing. Projects are scheduled by weighing the type of scanning needed, the deadline of the project, and the capacity of DIL.
