Nonprofit Finance and Accounting

Demystifying IRS Form 990, by the Foundation Center.
How to read an organization's Form 990. Form 990 is required to be submitted by nonprofits and shows fiscal data for the organization, names of trustees and officers, application information, and a complete grants list. Larger nonprofits also have annual reports available on their websites.
