- California Water Impact Network (C-WIN) - C-WIN is a nonprofit corporation created in 2001 to promote equitable and environmentally sensitive uses of California’s water, including instream uses, through research, advocacy, public education and litigation.

- Imperial Valley - San Diego Water Transfer Controversy This page, created and hosted by UC Berkeley's Institute of Governmental Studies (IGS) Library, provides a succinct overview and links to relevant resources regarding California's Colorado River Water Use Plan.
- International Water Law Project - The International Water Law Project website was created to provide pertinent information on international water law and policy and related topics. Specifically, it offers treaties, articles, news stories, case law, Internet links, and other relevant information. Many of the materials, such as treaties and articles, are offered in full text.

Native Americans and the Environment Provides access to a set of WWW pages that cover a wide range of topics under the broad category of environmental issues that concern Native Americans; includes a section on Water Rights and Dams.
- On Tap is the CALFED water market information resource devloped by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, the Department of Water Resources, and the State Water Resources Control Board. The database contains historical water transaction information.
- Reason Foundation's site on water markets, chiefly focused on privatization.
