Alameda
County Water District

School education program provides local school classrooms with educational
resources that stress the various facets of water science and water
management with the objective of producing citizens capable of making
informed decisions regarding state and local water resources. ACWD also
supplies free educational materials to educators teaching K-12 in Fremont,
Newark, and Union City.
Contra
Costa Water District

The Contra Costa Water District provides an extensive range of free
programs for public and private schools throughout its service area.
Each year, CCWD reaches nearly 50,000 students, grades K-12, with water-quality,
water conservation, and outdoor, field-based learning programs.
East
Bay Municipal Utility District

Project WATER (water awareness through education and research) was developed
to help install a "water conscience" in future generations. The classroom
materials teach students about water and demonstrate how to achieve
wise use of this essential resource through practical changes in attitude
and behavior. EBMUD's school programs serve 474 public and private schools
in the area.
Napa
County Resource Conservation District

In partnership with the City of Napa Public Works and the Napa County
Water and Flood Control District, the RCD is dedicated to educating
the public about the Napa River Watershed. Through classroom presentations,
field trips, workshops, and science experiments, the RCD has been successful
in raising awareness about the community's connection to the Napa River
Waterhsed.
