This is a better idea than some which have been mentioned here. Give=
practitioners / users the opportunity to develop the list which could be a=
on going project which is updated yearly. It would have both the new, semi=
new and old standbys which make any collection a living thing.

this could be fun and educational and may lead to some lively discussions;=
here as well as at conferences - concern the merit of a particular title=
which could be shown at a conference meeting and eventually juries for all=
the world to debate and appreciate.
