What really gets under our skin is companies, like Chip Taylor, that will
try to sell you a program split up on 2 tapes when it can easily fit on one
because they charge per tape.

Getting back to FFHS, what's the deal with them and Cambridge? I see that
they are calling themselves "sister" companies. Did one buy the other or

FFHS got me mad last year at Media Market. I went to their room and the
rep said they didn't have time to talk to me. We had just bought thousands
$$$ of stuff from them, too.

My staff was unhappy with them as well. The promised free gift (portable
cd player) never arrived. They pestered me so much that I did contact FFHS
about the gift, and it was sent.
