7-up's most recent edition

I recently saw the last half of the newest installment, _42-up_. Altho, I
didn't see the first half, I feel safe in recommending libraries acquire the
earlier editions: either _28-up_ or _35-up_. The faults with _42-up_ can easily
be imagined.

In three+ hours, there is not enough time to review each participant's life
satisfactorily. The progress from 35 to 42 consists mostly of aches and creaks
with a dash of resignedness. While there are some bright spots for those who
have been following them, voyeuristically, on the whole _42-up_ is so
compressed, it would only make sense to those who had already seen the previous
editions.
