I have never been asked this question before and wanted to hear from more
experienced media people first:
Someone from one of our branch library says he can borrow--from someone he
knows--a 16mm version of the film PATTON, that was purchased with public
performance rights. The person says his source paid about $4,000 for it.
IF this information is correct, can the library borrow this print and show
it in the branch library?
