On an intranet, streaming can loom larger (quicker) than 5-7 years, in some
cases.

Even given the bandwidth needed for streaming on the Internet, copyright
issues would disuade me from EVER letting the video out on the "capital-eye"
Internet without encryption, authentication, etc., etc.
