Mexican and Latin American feature film distributors

We are looking for a distributor to purchase the following feature films on
VHS NTSC. Does anyone have a reliable video source for Latin American films?

Tangos, l'exil de Gardel (Tangos, the exile of Gardel) - Argentine
[New Yorker has the rental rights]
El Secreto de Romelia (Romelia's secret) - Mexico
El jardin del Eden (Garden of Eden) - Mexico
