Looking for 6 distributors

A film professor here, finishing up a book he's writing, has asked me to
help him complete a list of distributors for the films he discusses in the
book. I'm down to 6 films that we haven't identified distributors for. He
prefers 16mm films, either for rental or purchase, but video is better than
nothing at all. Even for those where I indicate that I've found videos,
I'm still hoping for a 16mm source. Can anyone help me?

"Trash" (or, Andy Warhol's Trash) by Paul Morrissey, 1970 - I've found
several video sources.

"Lessons in Darkness" (originally, Lektionen in Finsternis) by Werner
Herzog, 1992 - I found one video source.

"La Jetee" (The Jetty, or The Pier) by Chris Marker, 1962 - I found several
video sources.

"The Sorrow and the Pity" (originally Le Chagrin et la Pitie) by Marcel
Ophuls, 1971 - I found 2 video sources.

"Bless Their Little Hearts" by Billy Woodberry, 1984.

"David: Off and On" by Martha Coolidge.

Thanks in advance for any answers you can give me. Then you can keep your
eyes open for a new book by Scott MacDonald, with YOUR information in it!
