I have a copyright question of sorts, and I'm hoping that someone here
knows, or at least has an opinion.
I have been scanning the covers from some of our newer video acquisitions to
make web graphics out of them. I have used these scanned covers on our web
page with the titles of the new items on our "What's New" page.
My question is: Is this copyright infringement?
Any insight would be helpful!!
