You may want to look over:

Most college libraries will have it. As Judy Jones from CSUS indicated, it's a
complex issue, however for comparison sake ... Our K-12 Regional Media Library
serves 150,000 students at 273 schools and has a little over 1000 sq.feet for
10,000 item collection of video, laser disc, software, DVD, and hardware. 3000
titles with duplication rights are locked up in another 630 sq.ft. We are,
however, out of room :-)
