In terms of the budget, August is better. I'm required to have my
university line funds spent by the end of March; and endowment/grant
funds which vary year to year, by early May. Normally my new
university budget is available in August.
I agree with Chris Lewis regarding providing faculty names, but would
be happy to forward the depts./programs who are heavy video users.

Richard,

In terms of budget cycle, August is better then April. For faculty, they
are gone in August so April would be better. For UCSD, our fall qtr begins
late Sept so Oct. would be a good time.
