A search of The Internet Movie Database, http://us.imdb.com/, found the
1987 film produced by Britain's Granada Television "It Was 20 Years Ago
Today." The review says it was produced to celebrate the 20th
anniversary of the release of Sgt. Pepper. I checked Facets, Movies
Unlimited, and Reel.Com. None had the film listed.
The Washington Post review mentions that it was shown on WETA and WHMM
which, if memory serves me, are PBS stations. The film was not
available from the PBS Store either.
Good luck in your search.
