Good Morning!

Now that the agenda for our meeting has been finalized, I want to send you all
our schedule of meetings and the agenda for our business meeting for ALA
midwinter in Philadelphia. All are welcome to attend any and all of these
meetings!

Friday, January 29 7:00 p.m. VRT dinner at Thai Garden East (must RSVP to me
by tomorrow)

Saturday, January 30, 2-4 p.m. Wyndham Franklin Plaza in Wyndham C
Round table discussion about the future directions of media
librarianship--all are welcome

Sunday, January 31, 2-4 p.m. ACRL ARTS Film/Broadcast discussion group Four
Seasons Hotel--Washington Room
This group will be discussing locating film clips and current news
footage for multimedia development on the internet

Monday, February 1 8:30-11 a.m. Wyndham Franklin Plaza in Wyndham C--VRT
membership meeting

Monday, February 1 after the membership meeting and from 2-4 p.m.
KormanSuites Hotel--Notable Videos for Adults
Anyone interested in participating in this group is asked to attend
from
2-4

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. I will be
staying at the Wyndham Franklin Plaza (honest--it was just luck!) if you need
to contact me during the conference.
