The Bowker Annual has this data every year, based on last years prices.
The 1998 ed. see page 454 for '91-'96. This data was reported by Baker &
Taylor. This is not broken down by curriculum. It is interesting to note
that the price is dropping: $199.67 for 1992 to $83.48 for 1996.

Here at VCU academic campus, our average expense for recent years. Prices
range from $15 - $1,300:
92/93 $94.35
93/94 129.35
94/95 100.10
95/96 113.98
96/97 66.04
