Movie searches: "Hester," "Enemies," "Torch"

I'm looking for sources where I can rent 16mm films or videos for public
performance, for the following 3 movies:

"Hester Street" 1975, dir. Joan Micklin Silver

"Enemies, A Love Story" 1989, dir. Paul Mazursky

"Torch Song Trilogy" 1988, dir. Paul Bogart

I already know that all 3 of them are available on video from Facets and
similar sources, but what I need is a distributor with PUBLIC PERFORMANCE
LICENSING. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.
