Here at Virginia Beach PL we do shell out the big bucks for
quality videos. I am able to do it because of having a decent
video budget. I wouldn't say I do it willingly, since very
little of what we purchase actually gets used in a public
performance environment. However, if the video is on a topic our
collection needs, and only an expensive one meets the need, we will
purchase it, although I'd rather have those dollars for other
items.

Sigh. As Gary has said, it's a fact of life we accept, albeit
unhappily.
