We have a video called Bridges , c.1988, which shows the actual collapse. It was purchased from Kaw Valley Films & Video in Shawnee KS. The latest information I have on the compnay comes from the Bowker 1995 video directory:

P.O. Box 3900 or 6532 Switzer
Shawnee, KS 66208
1-800-332-5060 or 913-631-3040

The film covers the history of bridges, various uses, 4 basic typs and includes famous bridges and does show the collapse. It is a juvenile film according to one of the subject headings, but it
works for us.

We also have a videodisc The Puzzle of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge Collapse. It was purchased from Wiley Educational Software (Pioneer Video is the manufacturer). The OPAC summary does not say if it shows the actual collapse.

Let me know if I can be of further help.
