Joan,
Greetings! I believe our video reserve policy provides two options, 3
hour and 24 hour. I believe the intent of the 24 hour option is to permit
students the option of viewing them in the library or elsewhere. In
theory this works, but currently there is some indication that by
providing 24 hour loans it restricts the availablility for others in the
queue. If we restrict it to 3 hours in-house, we then have an obligation
to provide an adequate number of viewing stations! Arrrgh!
