We are not a public library and so can keep closer tabs on who last used a
tape; if we find a wrong tape in a box, we can call the faculty and sort
out the problem. Would you have a way to note on a user's record that the
return transaction is not completed until the tape has been checked - and
bill the user at that time if it has been erased or damaged?
