MARC sucks... The uniform resource designators (or whatever the hell they
call it) that gets whacked into the 245 subfield h ($h [videorecording])
are fairly inadequate when it comes to describing the full range of current
and evolving media (eg...DVD, laserdisc, and analog tape all get
VIDEORECORDING). I'm not really sure what MARC is doing as far
as--say--streamed video resources.
