RE: a rotating collection

We did rotations about ten years ago between 31 libraries. We had core
collections at each, and swapped once a year. With so many rotations, we
felt that we had to pull everything into Main Library on a staggered
schedule to check for condition, replace stolen or missing titles, etc. It
helped that we had a double barcode system, with one parcode on the item,
and one on a card for location changes. For only 2 sites, this is probably
overkill, but you should replace missing and damaged items before swapping
the collections.
