Some individuals with visual impairments have partial sight but are unable
to discern details or hues.
Some blindness or severe visual disabilities are not congenital but occur
gradually or at sometime after a person has experienced sight.

How nice it is for those with these disabilities to be able to recall colors
or to have those perhaps forgotten hues evoked for them once again.
