"using the web" downlink problem

hi -
this PBS/ALSS program (4/16/98) was delayed by 15 mins. or so, and hence our
timed VCR turned off when we thought the program was supposed to end,
yadda, yadda, yadda....

anyone got a complete copy that we can duplicate? got license in hand...
