Library Video Company, the nation's largest educational media distributor,
located in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia suburb) has an immediate
opening for a full-time AV cataloger. This position will require original
cataloging of materials.
The ideal candidate would have:
* An MLS Degree
* Experience with original cataloging of audiovisual materials
* Expert knowledge of MARC, AACR2, Dewey Classification System, and
Sears/Library of Congress subject headings.
* Excellent communication and organization skills
* Knowledge of Winnebego or equivalent automation software a plus.
