Movie source "Wizard of Oz"

I thought this would be an easy one, but was surprised when I couldn't find
a rental source for the 1939 Warner Bros. "Wizard of Oz" movie (the Judy
Garland version, of course). Oh sure, Facets has the video, but for this
showing I need a movie with public performance license. Does anyone know
who distributes it now?
