Critter problems....

This may be a first for videolib - We have had a couple of instances in the
last two months where some patrons (some identifiable, some not) have
returned videotapes with cockroaches inside the cassette/box/bag. We have
been bagging them up and throwing them away. After initially telling the
identifiable folks that they could not borrow any more tapes, our decision
was reversed at the administrative level(!). (

We have filed a grievance on health/safety grounds, so a final resolution is
still pending. I'm sure you can all imagine the consequences of infestation,
constant sprayings and the loss of a collection's reputation. I'd like to
