The title is "Dreams and Recollections", produced for Scottish
Television, Glasgow: tel 011.44.141.332.4646; fax 011.44.141.332.6982.
There are several other films on Mackintosh listed in the Art on Screen
Database (http://www.artfilm.org) which do have a U.S. distributor.
